Brandi

She/Her

Brandi is an ACE certified personal trainer and the CEO of Body Arc. She has been professionally training since 2018, and has dedicated her practice to empowering folks to gain and maintain physical agency. Brandi does this by helping people move and challenge their bodies in ways that honor their needs and overall wellbeing. She provides an inclusive and diverse fitness experience that guides people in practicing self-care and appreciation for their bodies.

She offers one on one, partner and small group training. In Brandi's sessions, she teaches strengthening techniques, functional movement, increased flexibility and conditioning exercises.

Victoria

She/Her

Victoria is COO of Body Arc, and a VCU graduate with her degree in Exercise Science. She is a registered Olympic weightlifter as well as Olympic weightlifting coach. Victoria specializes in strength, conditioning and sports performance. Her focus as a trainer goes beyond physical appearance by honing in on all the things your body can DO!

Laura Mae

She/Her

Meet Laura Mae! She is a Strength and PN1 Nutrition Coach and has competed in powerlifting on the national and world level and now competes in strongman.

​

She teaches clients strength training through barbell movements. Laura Mae has clients who are interested in general strength as well as competing in powerlifting. She also teach the fundamentals of nutrition focusing on building long term healthy habits. Additionally, she coaches more advanced nutrition clients geared towards higher level athletic performance/physique.

Josh

He/Him

Josh is an ACE Certified personal trainer and owner of HybridFit. He has 10+ years of self-training experience in bodybuilding and strength training in addition to 4+ years experience working professionally with clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Josh loves to improve people's lives by helping them discover their mind/body potential via strength training. If you're looking for a calm and comfortable experience, Josh is your trainer! He supports his clients by creating individualized goals and helping them to adhere to those goals, while building strength and confidence each week. Josh's philosophy is that working out should not consume your life, but rather should be the backdrop of your life by supporting good health, self love, and confidence.

Zach

They/Them

Zach has been a dedicated trainer since 2012, specializing in corrective exercises and offering a body-neutral, trauma-informed approach to fitness. With expertise in powerlifting and strongman training, Zach empowers clients to build strength and resilience at their own pace. Zach has extensive experience working with individuals with hyper-mobility and multiple sclerosis, tailoring programs to meet their unique needs and goals while prioritizing safety and functionality.

Roisin

She/Her

Roisin is a NASM certified personal trainer, RKC certified Kettlebell instructor, and a professional Irish dancer. She has worked with a wide variety of clients from youth athletes, to senior’s with Parkinson’s and everything in between. She is passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them to perform better in their daily life and activities. Roisin empowers her clients by building strength and mobility, teaching Kettlebell skills, and encouraging them to listen to their body’s movement needs in order to create sustainable, lifelong habits. Warning: sessions will include compulsive singing and dancing.

Pilar

She/They

Pilar is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and a Precision Nutrition Certified Health Coach with a drive for helping clients build lasting habits both in and out of the gym. Combining compassion and accountability, Pilar creates a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to take charge of their fitness journey. She believes that every client is the expert of their own experience and fosters a collaborative relationship to help them achieve their goals.

​

Pilar offers in-person, hybrid, and online services, including 1:1 personal training, small group training, and health coaching. Sessions often include a mix of strength, conditioning, balance, and mobility work, tailored to each client’s needs. They especially love working with beginners, autistic adults, individuals managing chronic health conditions, those coping with anxiety, and people who have completed eating disorder recovery programs.

Leah

She/They

Leah is a Trauma-Informed Weight Lifting Practitioner, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Leah takes a movement-centered approach to healing trauma in our bodies and encourages people to stay curious about the sensations, thoughts, and memories that come up as they move and lift. 

​

They want to rethink what going to the gym can look and feel like. Instead of it being a space that causes shame, harm, and judgment, what if it could be the safest, most playful space you bring your whole self to? 

​

Leah will meet you where you’re at in your fitness journey. You don’t have to know where you’re headed to start. You can be nervous, struggling with even finding the motivation to begin, struggling to love and appreciate your body as it is. Come as you are. We’ll talk about what feels good and what doesn’t and begin to see how movement can bring healing and empowerment. 

​

Leah finds weightlifting and moving their body to be one of the best parts of their day and they are excited to help you discover the joy and release in it too.
